Pre-Order, Payment, and Cancellation Policies
All items with "Pre-Order <DATE>" on the title means the item has not been released yet. All items will be ship when it is released. Orders that were pre-ordered will get first priority with high demand items.
Your credit card will be charged for the full amount when you place your order. If you do not wish to pay the full amount up front, you may wait until the product becomes available before placing an order.
All orders placed during the pre-order period will be guaranteed the lowest price offered throughout the order acceptance time frame.
Allocation is the inevitable in the collectibles industry. We will do our best to fulfill the quantities you ordered. However, in the event of allocation or shortage of stock available, we will reduce or cancel orders placed in large quantities that are considered to be beyond reasonable for personal use/consumption.
Availability on Release Date
From time to time, manufacturers release products in several waves that are beyond our control. As a result we cannot guarantee your order will be fulfilled on release day or first shipment. If your order is impacted, you will be contacted as we get more information.
Once you submit your order, we will review your order. Once we confirm the stock level, your order will be fulfilled and your credit card will be charged.
Pre-order items will be charged for the full amount at the time of placing an order.

- all trading card game products
- orders exceeding $500 CAD
