Shipping Policy

Below is our shipping terms and conditions:

Single Cards via Canada Post

Letter Mail and Oversize Letter

• Maximum 50 cards,
• Maximum weight of package must not exceed 500g,
• Total value does not exceed $30 CAD (before tax),
• No tracking or insurance.

TCG Singles - Ground with Tracking

• Ship as parcel via courier ground service or through Canada Post Regular Parcel or Expedited Parcel
• Includes tracking and insurance

TCG Singles - Express

• Ship as parcel via courier air service or through Canada Post Expedited Parcel or Xpress Parcel
• Includes tracking and insurance

Standard Flat Rate

• Ship via courier with tracking and insurance,
• Some hazardous goods cannot be ship by air/express service (ie: compress gas)

All other Items

All other items will be ship via courier at our choice with tracking and insurance.

Shipping cost will be calculated during checkout based on province of delivery.

Local pick-up is available for anyone in the province of Alberta. Pick up will be at our retail store at New Horizon Mall.

Exclusions

Some items are not be eligible for shipping:

• Select card storage boxes (usually the white cardboard ones)
• POP! vinyl figures

Personal information

In order to ship your order, your personal information including your name, address, phone number, email address, order # maybe share and used by third party vendors to purchase shipping labels and to couriers to deliver your package.
